| 摘 要： | 人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者更容易发生乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染,与单一感染者相比,HIV-1/HBV合并感染者的肝脏疾病更加严重且进展为艾滋病的风险更高,为HIV感染人群接种乙肝疫苗可有效预防HBV感染。本文对HIV感染者接种乙肝疫苗的必要性、对乙肝疫苗低应答反应、改善低应答的免疫策略、接种乙肝疫苗对HIV感染者的影响以及低应答的可能免疫机制作了综合性论述。

| Abstract: | People infected with HIV are more likely to be infected with HBV.Comparing with single infected people,the liver diseases of co-infected people become more serious and the risk of progressing to AIDS is higher.Vaccination of HIV infected people with hepatitis B vaccine can effectively prevent HBV infection.In this paper,the necessity of hepatitis B vaccination,the low response to hepatitis B vaccine,the immune strategy to improve the low response,the impact of hepatitis B vaccination on HIV infected people and the possible immune mechanism of low response were discussed. |
