| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经T管窦道纤维胆道镜取石技巧。方法：回顾性总结260例应用网套法、冲洗法、推石法、咬石法和电击碎石法等多种取石技巧行纤维胆道镜取石的临床资料。结果：257例（98．8％）患者取净结石，3例患者经胆道镜检发现肝内胆管狭窄并巨大结石嵌顿而再次手术，平均取石2．7次。结论：网套法、冲洗法、推石法、咬石法和电击碎石法等多种取石技巧的应用，有助于提高胆道残余结石的取净率。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: to explore some new techniques of postoperative cholelith endoscopy via the fistula. METHODS: Netting, washing, clamping, pushing, and electrohydraulic techniques were used in 260 cases of postoperative cholelith endoscopy via the fistula and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS: The stones in 257 cases (98.8%) were removed completely in an average of 2.7 times. Three patients were operated on again because of biliary stricture and huge stones. CONCLUSION: The application of some new techniques in postoperative cholelith endoscopy via the fistula favors the complete removal of stones. |
