| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨P53蛋白表达在子宫内膜异位症发生、发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测30例异位子宫内膜、25例在位子宫内膜和30例正常子宫内膜及20例卵巢癌组织标本中P53蛋白的表达情况。结果:P53在子宫内膜异位症患者中的阳性表达率为20.0%(6/30),高于其在正常子宫内膜及在位内膜中的表达(P<0.05);P53在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率为50%(10/20),显著高于异位内膜组织的表达(P<0.05)。结论:P53可在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展中发挥着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the role of P53 in the developement of endometriosis. Methods: Archived tissue samples of 30 eutopic, 25 eutopic,30 normal endometrium and 20 ovarian cancer were selected and immunohistochemically analyzed for p53 and nm23-H1 expression. Results: The positive rate of p53 in ectopic endometrium was 20.0% (6/30),higher than that in normal endometrium and eutopic endometrium from endometriosis (P<0.05). The expression of p53 in ovarian cancer was 50.0%(10/20),higher than that in endometriosis (P<0.05). Conclusions: p53 may play an important role in particular malignant biological behaviour of endometriosis through their respective moclear mechanism. |
