| 摘 要： | 目的]观察羟基喜树碱联合ELF方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法]42例晚期胃癌患者接受羟基喜树碱40mg静滴d1,d5,CF200mg/m^2，静滴d1-5，CF后接着用5－Fu 500mg/m^2静滴，d1-5,Vp1680mg/m^2静滴d1-5,21天为一周期。结果]可评价疗效患者36例，总有效率为55.6%，完全缓解率13.9%，可评价毒性患者42例，白细胞减少发生率78.5%，血红蛋白和血小板减少发生率分别为16.7%和35.7%，其它毒副作用少见。结论]羟基喜树碱联合ELF方案治疗晚期胃癌疗效肯定，毒性较低，值得继续研究。
