| 摘 要： | 目的分析3D打印技术在骨科临床教学实施中的应用和效果。方法抽取2017年6月—2018年5月于我院骨科实习的104名实习生作为研究对象。依据骨科临床教学方法的差异,将其分为对照组(52名)、观察组(52名)。对照组实习生接受常规骨科临床教学,观察组接受3D打印技术骨科临床教学,即由骨科带教教师结合临床经验选择适宜病例,采用3D打印技术,制作骨科病例模型,以3D骨科伤情模型为基础,开展教学,便于实习生清晰掌握骨科病例的局部解剖结构、病变特征等信息,加深其对骨科病例伤情状况的理解。结果观察组实习生理论考核成绩(t=10.29)、实践考核成绩(t=10.86)均高于对照组实习生,两组实习生的考核成绩比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3D打印技术用于骨科临床教学,可改善实习生的骨科学习效果,改善实习生的临床实践技能,提高实习生其对骨科临床实习的满意度。
