| 摘 要： | 目的探讨针刺联合中药与现代康复治疗中风偏瘫痉挛状态的临床效果对比。方法选取我院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的80例中风偏瘫痉挛状态患者作为研究对象。根据不同治疗方法,将本组患者分为两组。对照组(n=40)给予现代康复治疗,观察组(n=40)在对照组基础上,给予针刺结合中药治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后日常活动能力以及运动功能。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评分均明显提高,且观察组患者Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针刺结合中药与现代康复治疗中风偏瘫痉挛状态可有效降低其肌张力,改善肢体运动和日常生活能力。
