多烯磷脂酰胆碱对乙型病毒性肝炎致失代偿期肝硬化92例临床疗效观察

目的:探讨多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗乙型病毒性肝炎致失代偿期肝硬化的疗效。方法:将92例乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各46例,对照组用一般保肝、补蛋白、利尿治疗,治疗组除用上述方法外再加用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,对两组患者疗效进行对比。结果:通过对治疗组、对照组治疗前、后肝功能、HBV-DNA和HBeAg对比,发现治疗组各项指标好转率均显著高于对照组。治疗组与对照组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗可以改善患者症状和体征,改善肝功能,且具有良好的安全性。多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗乙型病毒性肝炎致失代偿期肝硬化有确切作用,远期效果有待进一步观察。

Effect of polyene phosphatidyl choline on decompensated liver cirrhosis caused by Hepatitis B

Objective： To investigate effect of polyene phosphatidyl choline on decompensated liver cirrhosis caused by Hepatitis B.Methods：A total of 92 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis caused by Hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by half.Both groups were treated with general liver protection,proteins complement and diuretic therapy,while the treatment group was also given an extra treatment of polyene phosphatidyl choline.Effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results：Comparison of the live function improvement,HBV-DNA and HBeAg status before and after treatment of these two groups showed that therapeutic effects of the treatment group was significant better than that of the control（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：For decompensated liver cirrhosis caused by Hepatitis B,polyene phosphatidylcholine can improve patients＇ symptoms,physical signs,and liver function with great safety and definite therapeutic effects though the long-term effect needs further study.
