| 摘 要： | 本文提出利用X线片三维重建患者股骨近端髓腔,为患者设计定制型股骨柄.并根据80根股骨样本CT图像,构建了一个中国人股骨近端平均截面数据库.数据库的构建使利用X线片重建患者股骨近端髓腔成为可能.基于X线片三维重建股骨近端髓腔的软件已被开发出来,其中包括提取患者股骨腔数据以及构建出患者股骨近端髓腔数据库等.利用这个软件重建患者股骨近端髓腔较为方便,费时较少,同时可解决一些临床上无法用CT片重建患者股骨近端髓腔的问题.

| Abstract: | This paper presents to reconstruct marrow cavities in patients' proximal femurs for designing hip stems. According to computer tomography (CT) images of eighty femur-specimens, a database of average cross-sections in Chinese proximal femurs has been built and introduced briefly in this paper. The database makes it possible to reconstruct marrow cavities in patients' proximal femurs. The method of reconstructing marrow cavities in patients' proximal femurs is explained. Software, for reconstructing marrow cavities in patients' proximal femurs based on X-ray films, has been developed that includes obtaining data of a patient's femoral canal and building a database of the patient's femoral cavity.The software is much convenient and costs little time to reconstruct marrow cavities in proximal femurs. Furthermore, marrow cavities in proximal femurs, cannot be reconstructed based on computer tomography (CT) images in some cases, can also be rebuilt by using the software. |
