家兔油酸性肺水肿时肺血液动力学改变及其与肺水肿的关系

摘    要:家兔28只用创伤性方法监测油酸性肺水肿时的肺血液动力学改变。结果显示油酸静脉注入引起肺水肿后(30min)平均肺动脉压(MPAP)及肺血管阻力(PVR)分别升高49%和464%(P<0.01);平均肺血流量下降42%(P<0.01)。肺重量增加1倍,但水份所占比例(90.6%)与血浆中水份(91.5%)相接近。结果表明:油酸性肺水肿时肺血液动力学改变显著,但不是肺水肿发病的根本因素。

Abstract:he purpose of this study is to examine the pulmonary hemodynamic changes caused by oleic acid pulmonary edema and their correlation with lung edema in 28 rabbits. Compared with the control group, it was found that the pulmonary artery pressure rose by 49%(P<0.01) and pulmonary vascular resistance increased by 464%(P<0.01), pulmonary blood flow decreased by 42% (P<0.01). The lung wet weight increaed about one time, with the water accounting for 90.6% of the increased lung wcight, ncar to that of plasma (91.5%).It is suggested that the pulmonary hemodynamic changes did not play a key role in pulmonary edema, and oleic acid pulmonary edema may be caused by the increase of the pulmonary vascular permeability produced by oleic acid.
