| 摘 要： | 目的 评价CT导引下经皮卵巢囊肿穿刺抽吸硬化术的临床研究。方法 应用全身CT扫描机行 17例经皮卵巢囊肿抽吸硬化术 ,用 18G抽吸穿刺针行抽吸并做硬化治疗。结果 CT导引下经皮卵巢囊肿抽吸硬化术成功率为 10 0 % ,无并发症。结论 CT导引下卵巢囊肿抽吸硬化术是一项安全性和准确性很好的技术 ,对卵巢囊肿的治疗有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical study of CT guide percutaneous needle aspiration and sclerosis for ovarian cysts. Methods CT-guided percutaneous needle aspiration and sclerosis for ovarian cysts in 17 patients. A 18-22 gauge aspiration needle and sclerosis was used for all patients. Results CT guided percutaneous needle aspiration and sclerosis for ovarian cysts was performed successfully in all patients without complications. Conclusions CT guided percutaneous needle aspiration and sclerosis for ovarian cysts is a safe, accurate technical and this was important for treatment of ovarian cysts. |
