| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复方氧化锌涂膜剂的制备及质量控制方法。方法:采用正交实验设计,筛选复方氧化锌涂膜剂的最优处方。分别采用络合滴定法和紫外分光光度法对处方中的氧化锌,盐酸丁卡因的含量进行测定,并对该处方进行稳定性考察和局部刺激性试验。结果:优化的处方具有成膜性好,稳定性好,刺激性小。结论:本制剂设计合理,制备工艺简单,质量控制方法可靠。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the preparation method of zinc oxide film and quality control.METHODS To choose the best formula of zinc oxide film,orthogonal function was used,while to determine the content of zinc oxide and tetracaine hydrochloride by complexcmetry,UV-spectrohometry,respectly.The stability test and local stimulation test were also carried out.RESULTS The optimized formulation has advantages of well filmed,long stability and minor irritation.CONCLUSION The zinc oxide film is well designed,easily prepared and quality control method is reliable. |
