精神分裂症患者的康复教育和社区护理干预评价

摘    要:目的:研究精神分裂症病人的遵医行为,并对他们进行健康教育和行为干预,促进康复。方法:随机抽取出院后的精神分裂症病人200例,分为健康教育社区护理干预组和对照组,对护理干预组病人及家属进行健康教育和行为指导,确立适当的生活制度,合理用药,自我监测,按时复诊。结果:两组患者进行比较,护理干预组患者的病情得到很好控制,复发率低,间隔时间长(P〈0.05)。结论:康复教育和社区护理干预,不仅可以提高患者依从性和保证其良好的遵医行为,而且对提高患者的生活质量和心理健康意识,促进其社会功能的康复,是一种行之有效的重要措施。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the compliance behaviour of patients with schizophrenia so as to carry out health education and behaviour intervention to promote rehabilitation.Methods: Two hundred discharged patients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups at random.The patients and the family members of the nursing intervention group were carried out health education and behaviour guidance to establish appropriate daily regimen,rational using drugs,psychological intervention,self-monitoring and further consultation with a doctor on time.Results: Comparing the patients of the two groups,the disease conditions of the patients of nursing intervention group were controlled well,relapse rate was low and interval time was long(P<0.05).Conclusions: Rehabilitation education and community nursing intervention can not only improve patients' compliance and assure the good compliance behaviour but also enhance the quality of life and mental health consciousness to improve social function rehabilitation.And it is an effective important measure for the patients with schizophrenia.
