| 摘 要： | 本文总结福州地区219名1—7岁健康儿童用原子吸收分光光度计测定的血清锌、铜值、发现随其年龄增加而量值逐渐减少的规律,提出其正常值范围并叙述微量元素锌、铜对儿童生长发育的重要地位。建议儿童血清锌值在0.60mg/L以下者应以补充锌剂,以促进其健康生长。

| Abstract: | Serum zinc and copper levels of 219 healthy children were measured using absorption spectrophotometry. A total of 219 children, male and female, bet- ween one and seven years of age served as subject. Mean serum zinc and copper concentration were found to be 0. 95mg/L and 1. 39mg/L respectively. There was no significant difference in serum zinc and copper concentration between males, and females serum zinc and copper values tended to decrease with increasing age and 11. 4% of these cases had zinc level below 0. 75mg/L which was the low limit of normal range. |
