| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白介素-6与慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者营养不良的关系。方法 60例COPD患者根据其营养状况分为营养不良组和非营养不良组,检测并比较两组间白介素-6水平。结果营养不良组白介素-6水平明显高于非营养不良组（P〈0.001）。结论白介素-6可能参与了COPD患者营养不良的发生。

Relationship Between Interleukin-6 Level and Malnutrition in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship of interleukin-6 （IL-6） level with malnutrition in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）.Methods Sixty patients with COPD were divided into two groups on the basis of nutritional status：malnutrition group （n=30） and non-malnutrition group （n=30）.Serum level of IL-6 was determined and compared between the two groups.Results Serum level of IL-6 in malnutrition group was significantly higher than that in non-malnutrition group （P〈0.001）.Conclusions Cytokine IL-6 may contribute to the malnutrition in COPD patients. |
