对国家级监测点-陕西省彬县大骨节病10年病情消涨研究

目的 研究和掌握国家级监测点—陕西彬县大骨节病病情，为病因和防治研究提供基础资料。方法 每年3、4月份对各监测点7-12岁全部在校小学生进行临床和右手X线拍片检测，并按国家大骨节病诊断标准进行诊断。结果 彬县大骨节病监测点的病情从1992年到1995年为上升趋势，其中1992年和1995年病情均居全国之首，说明当时病情十分严重、活跃；从1996年到2002年病情逐年下降，目前已降到中国西部地区中等水平。结论 从1992年到1995年彬县监测点大骨节病致病因子作用强烈，因为没有采取任何防治措施，故病情严重、活跃。从1996年到2002年通过在当地采取以补硒和发展生态经济为主的综合防治措施，使病情逐年下降。

The prevalent growth and decline studies on results of national Kaschin-Beck Disease surveillance in Shaanxi province in 1992 to 2002

Objective Monitor Kaschin - Beck Disease prevalence rate in national surveillance of Bin County of Shaanxi province in order to provide essential information in etiology and prevention research. Methods From 1992 to 2002, all children aged 7 to 12 in monitored primary schools were examined clinically and tested with X - ray in May or April, and all films were collected and read by a specialist group and diagnosed according to Chinese national diagnosis criterion of Kaschin - Beck Disease. Results The prevalence rate inclined to increase and had been the highest in all country from 1992 to 1995 in Bin County. The results showed that Kaschin - Beck Disease prevalence was severe and active in that period. But from 1996 to 2002, the prevalence rate declined gradually, and down to a lower level in the west part of China up to now. Conclusions Etiology factors were strong and prevalence were active without any preventive measure in monitoring points of Bin County from 1992 to 1995. After we took comprehensive measures, including selenium - complement and developing ecology economics etc, the prevalence rate decreased year after year.
