男性淋菌性尿道炎两种取样方法的比较

目的比较男性淋菌性尿道炎经典取样法与表面麻醉取样法患者的疼痛强度及满意度。方法应用11点数字疼痛强度评分法及100分满意度调查法分别对两组共60例患者进行调查研究;比较利多卡因组与对照组在对淋球菌培养、糖发酵试验及PCR试验方面的差异。结果经典取样组疼痛度为6.60±2.08,满意度为41.00±21.23;表面麻醉取样组疼痛度为3.00±1.87,满意度为84.21±16.09。两组疼痛度、满意度差异均有显著性(P<0.01);两种取样法在淋球菌培养、糖发酵试验及PCR试验结果无明显差异。结论麻醉取样法较经典取样法疼痛度降低,满意度提高,是目前解决取样疼痛的方法之一。

Comparision on Two Mathods of Sample Taking in Male Patients with Gonorrheal Urethritis

ObjectiveTo investigat the painful intensity and satisfactory intensity with gonorrheal urethritis in men both classical sampling method and surface anesthesia of urethra sampling method.MethodsUsing both 11 point numerical pain rating scale and 100 points satisfactory intensity investigation respectively in 60 cases distributed in 2 groups.Comparing lidocaine group with control group on neisseria gonorrhoeae culture,glucolysis test and PCR test.ResultsPainful intensity was 6.60±2.08 and satisfactory intensity was 41.00±21.23 in classical sampling group;3.00±1.87 and 84.21±16.09 in surface anesthesia of urethra samping group.There was significant difference in painful intensity between classical group and anesthesia group by Wilcoxon rank sum test(P<0.01);There was significant difference in satisfactory intensity between classical group and anesthesia group by Wilcoxon rank sum test (P<0.01).There was no difference on neisseria gonorrhoeae culture,glucolysis test and PCR test.ConclusionAnesthesia sampling method has not only lower painful intensity,but also higher satisfactory intensity than that of classical sampling method.It is one of methods of the reducing painful intensity.
