| 摘 要： | 目的使用BED捕获酶联免疫方法对四川省（除凉山州外）2009年第1季度新报告HIV感染人群进行检测,分析全省艾滋病新近感染状况。方法收集四川省20个市州2009年第1季度新报告HIV感染病例确证阳性样本,对其进行BED方法检测,计算HIV新近感染的构成比。结果全省20个市州2009年第1季度新报告HIV感染病例中有19.12%为新近感染病例。其中,男性所占比例为77.15%,18～40岁年龄组所占比例为65.25%,MSM人群所占比例为22.03%。结论四川省2009年第1季度HIV新近感染病例男性远远大于女性,以青壮年为主,MSM人群感染形式严峻。
