| 摘 要： | 目的了解大连市自然人群甲肝抗体（抗-HAV）水平,评价甲肝疫苗纳入扩大国家免疫规划后的免疫效果,为政府部门进一步制定甲肝的防制措施提供科学依据。方法 2009年采用分层随机抽样法,在全市11个县市区按照0-、1-、2-、5-、10-和15-岁6个年龄段,共采集血清标本680份,按照《WS298-2008甲型病毒性肝炎诊断标准及处理原则》,采用酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA法）,对血清中抗-HAV进行检测。结果大连市自然人群中抗-HAV阳性率为54.26%;15-岁以上人群抗-HAV水平最高,为69.03%;瓦房店市和庄河市抗-HAV水平最高,分别为96.67%和75.00%,金州区和长海区抗-HAV水平最低,分别为24.19%和23.08%。结论大连市人群中抗-HAV水平不高,部分县区已降至40%以下,不排除发生暴发疫情的可能。
