| 摘 要： | 目的评估成都市2009年甲型H1N1流感疫苗的免疫效果。方法在6个监测点选择3～11岁、12～17岁学生,18～60岁、〉60岁社区居民,用微量血凝抑制试验方法测定甲流抗体。结果监测对象H I抗体阳转率为71.46%,H I抗体达保护性水平比例为75.86%,免后GMT为72.32,GMT增长倍数为23.78倍。3～11岁、〉60岁组H I抗体阳转分别为59.52%、58.06%;H I抗体达保护性水平比例为64.29%、60.54%;免后GMT分别为39.66、42.07;GMT增长倍数分别为10.99、25.24倍。结论各年龄组疫苗免疫效果存在差异。3～11岁、〉60岁组免疫效果较其他2组差。
