冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸和血小板聚集率的关系

目的 :探讨冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)水平与血小板聚集率的关系。方法 :同时检测 5 7例冠心病患者和 30名健康正常人血浆Hcy水平和血小板聚集率。血浆Hcy测定采用高压液相色谱法 ,血小板聚集率测定采用光电比浊法。结果 :( 1 )冠心病患者血浆Hcy和血小板聚集率均高于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 ( 2 )单因素分析表明 ,冠心病患者血浆Hcy水平与血小板聚集率呈正相关。 结论 :冠心病患者血浆Hcy水平升高可增强血小板聚集功能 ,促进冠脉粥样硬化进展。关键词 :冠脉疾病　同型半胱氨酸　血小板聚集率第 34页/ 肝病患者血浆凝血因子检测的临床研究 /徐献群 ,范俊丽 ,杜　艳 /武汉大学中南医院 ,武汉 430 0 71目的 :研究各类肝病患者血浆凝血因子 (Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ )活性及纤维蛋白原 (Fib)的改变和临床意义。方法 :对 1 0 8例肝病患者及 30例正常人的血浆凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ活性、PT、APTT和Fib含量进行测定。结果 :80 .5 6%肝病患者PT延长 ,71 .30 %的APTT延长 ;除急性肝炎Fib含量增高、慢迁肝Fib含量正常外 ,其余各型肝炎的均降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血浆凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ活性均下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而Ⅷ活性均显著升高 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :肝病患者除了做PT、APTT、Fib等

Relationship between Plasma Homocysteine and Platelet Aggregation in Coronary HeartDisease Patients

To investigate the effect of plasma homocysteine on p latelet aggegation in coronary heart disease(CHD).Method: Plasma tHcy levels of 57 subjects with CHD and 30 health y subjects were measured using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with flurescence detection,platelet aggregation was quantitated by light trasmittanc e.Results: 1.Plasma Hcy and platelet aggregation in subjects with CHD were higher than the control group( P<0.05 ).2.The correlation between pl asma tHcy and 1 min?5 min and the maxium platelet aggregation persisted in regr ession analysis.Conclusion: Plasma Hcy affiliated the development of coronary at herosclerosis through exerts its deleterious effects on platelet aggregetion.
