| 摘 要： | 目的 评价小鼠Lewis肺癌胸腔移植模型和皮下移植模型对不同药物治疗的反应.方法 建立小鼠Lewis肺癌胸腔和皮下移植模型,分别随机分为对照组、顺铂(DDP)组、吉西他滨(GEM)组和中药组.采用不同药物干预后,观察小鼠的一般生活状态、生存时间、体重、饲料消耗量、游泳试验时间及常压耐缺氧试验时间.结果 在不同药物干预下,胸腔移植模型DDP组、GEM组和中药组小鼠生活状态有所好转,生存时间延长、体重和进食均较相应对照组增加(P<0.05),游泳实验和耐缺氧实验时间均有所延长(P<0.05).结论 小鼠Lewis肺癌胸腔移植模型较皮下移植模型可以较好地反映药物的治疗效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of two rat models in investigating the response of two kinds of mice bearing Lewis lung cancer models to the intervention of different drugs.
