摘    要:目的:了解住院病人营养状况,营养素摄入量及膳食结构。方法:对同一时期住院资料完整的167例病人进行分组调查研究。结果:超重肥胖患心脏血管疾病,糖尿病高出肾结石,胆囊疾患等7-20倍,超重肥胖男性居多,年龄差异无显性意义。AMC,ALB四组平均值均低于正常值,差别有显性意义,膳食营养素碳水化合物,钙,维生素A摄入量普遍不足,与谷类,蔬菜,水果,水产,奶类,豆类摄入量低于膳食结构正常值有关。结论:(1)对超重肥胖患应将体值指数(BMI)的动态变化列为营养疗效观察指标。(2)住院病人蛋白质缺乏具有普遍性。

Abstract:Objective In order to investigate the inpatient's nutritional status,nutrients intake and the dietary composition. Methods 167 inpatients devided into 4 groups were studied at the same period. Results The morbidity of the cardiovascular and cerebral disease and diabetes in the overweight and obesity patients was as 7-20 times as that in other patients,which was not related to age.The average of AMC,ALB in the four groups was obviously lower than the normal.The protein malnutrition in inpatients was quite common.Dietary intake of CHO, Ca,VitA was generally deficient.The dietary structrure also verified that this deficiency was related with the lower intake of the grain,vegetable,fruit,aquatic product,milk and soybean. Conclusions (1)when treating the overweight and the obesity,BMI changily should be regarded as an inportant therapeutic index of effect and it should be monitored to preventive overweight and obesity. (2)The common protein malnutrition should be consideral seriously or it will bring about negative influence. (3)The significance of this survey of dietary structure and nutrients intake prompted that the nutritional doctor should have a good grasp of the theory of nutritional balance and formulate well "the theraputic dietary plan" and "the family dietary guide for disease" for the inpatients and outpatients.
