| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性与肝硬化Child-Pugh分级之间的关系。方法:测定58例肝硬化患者和25例健康人肝功能指标(包括白蛋白、前白蛋白、总胆红素、未结合胆红素)及血清ChE活性,并按Child-Pugh分级进行比较。结果:肝硬化组的ChE活性较对照组显著降低,按Child-Pugh分级,肝硬化组A级ChE活性与对照组,B级与A级,C级与B级之间差异均有统计学意义(P0.01),依次降低。结论:血清ChE活性可作为判断肝硬化严重程度的有效指标,对病情的诊断和预后有重要的指导价值。
