洛斯宝治疗偏头痛56例

目的:评价洛斯宝(Vasobral)单药治疗偏头痛的疗效及其不良反应.方法:选择56例偏头痛患者,给予洛斯宝单药治疗,总观察期为16 wk,4 wk观察1次,疗效评估分别在服药后8,16 wk评估1次,并对偏头痛严重度的参数,月偏头痛指数,发作持续时间作相关分析以及观察其不良反应.结果:给药4 mo后与给药前相比偏头痛发作程度明显减轻并有显著差异(P＜0.05);偏头痛指数下降,男女两组指数均较治疗前出现明显差异(P＜0.05),偏头痛持续时间减少但仅治疗第4月后与治疗前相比有显著差异(P＜0.05),治疗期间出现轻微不良反应15例.结论:洛斯宝能有效减少偏头痛的临床症状,其疗效随服药时间的延长而明显.

Vasobral in treating patients with migraine

AIM: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Vasobral on patients with migraine. METHODS: Fifty-six migraine patients were treated by Vasobral for 16 weeks and the curative effect was evaluated at the 8th week and 16th week. The severity, month occurrences and persistent time of migraine were analyzed before and after treatment. The adverse effects were also observed. RESULTS: There was a significant reduction in the severity of migraine at 4 months compared with pretreatment (P<0.05). The month occurrences of migraine in both male and female patients reduced significantly (P<0.05) and the persistent time of migraine shortened after 4 month treatment (P<0.05). Only mild adverse effect was observed in 15 patients during the treatment. CONCLUSION: Vasobral can effectively assuage the clinical symptoms of migraine. The efficacy increases with the prolongation of the treatment course.
