耳部肿瘤的CT和MRI表现及临床应用价值

摘    要:目的探讨CT及MRI在耳部肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法35例经临床病理证实的耳部肿瘤,其中听神经瘤16例,面神经瘤3例,颈静脉球瘤10例,中耳癌3例,先天性胆脂瘤3例,全部病例均行CT检查,根据需要部分病例行MRI检查。结果CT和MRI均能准确显示病灶的位置、形态、范围及与周围结构的关系,其中CT对于骨质结构显示良好,MRI虽然对骨质结构不敏感却有很高的软组织分辨能力。结论CT仍是目前耳部肿瘤的主要影象学诊断方法,MRI是其必要的良好补充。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the clincal value of CT and MRI in diagnosing neoplasms of ear.Methods:35 cases of otic neoplasms confirmed by clinic and biopsy, including 16 cases of acoustic neuroma, 3 cases of facial nerve neuroma, 10 cases of glomus jugulare tumor, 3 cases of carcinoma of middle ear, 3 cases of congenital cholesteatoma. All cases had CT examination and some of them had MRI examination when needed.Results:Lesions could be demonstrated in location, figure, range and relationship with the adjacent structures accurately in CT and MRI. Bone structures could be showed clearly in CT and soft tissue manifested well in MRI which was not sensitive to bone.Conclusion:CT is a main imaging diagnosing method to otic neoplasms now and MRI is a favorable means to complement it.
