| 摘 要： | 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)在缺血性卒中(Ischemic Stroke)病人中有较高的发病率,而最近的一些研究显示阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征似乎是缺血性卒中的可干预的独立危险因素。研究表明阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征可以通过多条途径导致缺血性卒中的发生,如改变血流动力学和血液成分等。因此缺血性卒中病人应当常规进行多导睡眠监测以明确是否合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征。

| Abstract: | There is a high prevalence of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) in ischemic stroke patients,while several recent epidemiologic studies have shown that OSAS seems to be a modifiable independent risk factor for ischemic stroke.It is indicated that several pathophysiologic changes occur in OSAS patients linking with stroke,such as hemodynamic and hematologic changes during OSAS.Therefore,patients with transient ischemic attacks and stroke should undergo polysomnography and be screened for OSAS. |
