| 摘 要： | 目的：研究牛磺酸对肾病综合征（ＮＳ）大鼠高脂血症的影响。方法：采用多柔比星加单肾切除的ＮＳ模型，观察牛磺酸对高脂血症的影响。结果：在持续６周后结束时，给予牛磺酸治疗的大鼠尿蛋白减轻（Ｐ〈０．０５），血尿素氮、血胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、极低密度脂蛋白较对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：牛磺酸不仅可改善肾病综合征的高脂血症，并且具有保护肾功能作用。

| Abstract: | To confirm the effect of taurine on serum lipids in rats with nephrotic syndrome (NS). Methods:Effects of Taurine on hyperlipemia were observed by the model of doxorubicine plus NS after one side nephrotomy. Results:Taurine could significantly decreased the concentrations of total cholesterol, total triglycerides, low density lipoprotein, and very lower density lipoprotein compared with the controlled group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Taurine has the effects of regulating lipid metabolism, and partly maintaining renal function in rats with nephrotic syndrome. |
