血清唾液酸含量测定对胰腺癌的诊断价值

目的：探讨血清唾液酸水平对胰腺癌的诊断价值。方法：采用改良间苯二酚快速比色测定法，检测25名健康人与108例良性疾病患者、35例胰腺癌术前患者、12例胰胰腺癌术后患者血清唾液酸水平。结果：胰腺癌术前组的血清唾液酸含量和阳性率均显著高于术后组，良性疾病组和正常对照组（P＜0．01和P＜0．005）。但良性疾病组与正常对照组间差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论：血清唾液酸的测定可作为胰腺炎与其临床表现易混淆良性疾病鉴别诊断的一项生化指标。

Diagnostic value of serum sialic acid level for pancreas carcinoma

Objective:To study the diagnostic value of serum sialic acid(SA) level for pancreas carcinoma.Methods:Fast assay was employed to measure serum SA level in 25 healthy individuals,108 cases of benign diseases,35 cases of pre operative pancreas carcinoma,12 cases of post operative pancreas carcinoma.Results:The serum SA content and positive rate in pre operative pancreas carcinoma group were significant higher than that in the post operative and benign diseases and control groups( P <0.01 and P <0.005),and no difference was found between benign diseases group and control group( P >0.05).Conclusions:The detection of serum SA has an important value in distinguishing pancreas carcinoma from benign diseases.
