早期干预对预防脑卒中患者深静脉血栓形成的研究

目的 探讨早期护理干预措施对预防脑卒中急性期患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)的效果.方法 选择脑卒中患者120例,随机分为干预组和对照组.两组均接受脑卒中常规治疗,对照组给予常规护理,干预组除常规护理外,同时增加双下肢被动运动及按摩,并穿上弹力长统袜.两组患者均于入院10天后行双下肢彩色多普勒超声检查DVT的发生率.结果 干预组仅有1例患者并发下肢DVT,发生率为1.67%,对照组有8例患者并发下肢DVT,发生率为13.3%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论 对脑卒中急性期患者进行早期的预防干预,可安全有效地预防下肢深静脉血栓形成,并可防止肌肉萎缩,促进肢体功能康复.

Early Nursing Intervention Effort on Stroke Sufferers-to Prevent the Forming of DVT.

Objective Discuss the early nursing intervention effort on stroke sufferers to prevent the forming of DVT.Methods 120 sufferers with Stroke are divided into intervention group and contrast group at random.Both groups accept the routine treatment with general nursing.passive sports on low limbs and massage should be given to the intervention group.whose members are all in elastic stockings.Ten days Later,Supersound is used to check the incidenle of DVT.Results Only one case of DVT intercurrent in intervention group.While 8 cases in contrast one.The incidence of DVT are 1.67% and 13.3% respectively.The differenle is significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The early intervention to the cerebral hemorrhage sufferers is a safe and effective way to prevent DTV,amyotrophy and promote the recovery of the limbs.
