超临界萃取荞麦中芦丁的研究

摘    要:采用荞麦为实验材料,比较系统的研究了超临界状态下,样品含水量、萃取温度、压力、时间对萃取率影响,确定最佳工艺条件,为批量生产提供依据。

Abstract:Method: Fagopyrum was taken as experimental extraction material. Under su percritical condition, we systematically studied the influences of material mois ture content, extraction temperature, pressure and time on the extraction rate. Result and Conclusion: The optical technological condition was d etermined, providing the base for batch process.
