| Abstract: | Method: Fagopyrum was taken as experimental extraction material. Under su percritical condition, we systematically studied the influences of material mois ture content, extraction temperature, pressure and time on the extraction rate. Result and Conclusion: The optical technological condition was d etermined, providing the base for batch process. |
