| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)前S 1抗原检测在乙型肝炎诊断中的意义.[方法]用ELISA法给163例不同类型乙型肝炎患者血清标本进行前S 1抗原检测,并进行HBV-DNA定量测定,分析性别及民族与前S 1抗原阳性的相关关系.[结果]大三阳患者前S 1抗原阳性率为95%,小三阳患者为51%;前S 1抗原阳性与HBV-DNA阳性相符率为95%.[结论]血清前S 1抗原检测对乙型肝炎诊断有意义.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo investigate diagnose value of Pre S1 detection in patients with hepatitis B.METHODSPre S1 detection in the serum specimen of 163 cases of different type of hepatitis B were done by ELISA method,and the HBV-DNA were determined.The correlation relationship of sex,nationality and postive of pre S1 were analysed.RESULTSThe positive rate of PreS1 was 95% in the patients with HBsAg(+),HbeAg(+),HbcAb(+),and 51% in the patients with HbsAg(+),HbeAb(+),HbcAb(+),and correspond rate to the HBV-DNA appearance was 95%.CONCLUSIONThe Pre S1 detection has diagnose value in patients with hepatitis B. |
