| 摘 要： | 目的 了解低能量分级递增法体外碎石治疗上尿路结石的疗效。方法 采用Ｄｏｒｎｉｅｒ Ｃｏｍｐａｃｔ Ｓ碎石机低能量８～１４ＫＶ）分级递增法治疗上尿路结石４３４例。结果 肾结石１８３例，总粉碎率９８．８％，３个月结石排净率８４．４５％。输尿管结石２５１例，总粉碎率９７．５％，３个月结石排率９３．８５％，共失败９例，失败率２％。结论 低能量分级递增法体外碎石可以保证碎石成功的前提下，最大限度地减轻患者疼

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of low energy shock waves for the treatment of upper urinary stones.Methods 434 cases of upper urinary stones were treated by ESWL with the Dornier Compact S Lithotriptor.Results The overall fragmentation rate and the stone free rate of 183 cases of renal stones after three months were 98.8% and 84.45% respectively.The overall fragmentation rate of 251 cases of ureteral stones was 97.5% while the stone free rate after three months was 93.85%.ESWL failed in 9 cases constituting a 2% failure rate.Conclusion Low energy ESWL could treat patients with upper urinary stones successfully and could decrease their pain and complications. |
