| 摘 要： | 目的总结腹腔镜阑尾切除术(laparoscopic appendectomy,LA)治疗小儿阑尾炎的疗效。方法采用LA治疗小儿急性阑尾炎31例。结果均顺利完成LA,无腹腔内出血,无肠管、输尿管等副损伤,无中转开腹,术后无粘连性肠梗阻、腹盆腔脓肿及手术切口感染等并发症发生。结论 LA治疗小儿急性阑尾炎具有安全、微创、并发症少及恢复快的优点,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy（LA） in children acute appendicitis.Method 31 children of acute appendicitis were treated by LA.Results No complication such as hematocelia,injury of intestinal canal or ureter,adhesive intestinal obstruction after surgery.No abdominal or pelvic abscess or wound infection was found,and none converted to laparotomy.Conclusion It is safe and minimally invasive of LA for children acute appendicitis with few complications,which is worth promoting. |
