福建省青少年性知识及性相关行为的流行病学调查

目的:了解青少年性知识的知晓情况、性相关行为的特点。方法:按性别及青春期年龄分布进行整群抽样,调查10～21岁青少年4067人,男性1931人,女性2136人。用χ2检验及非条件Logistic回归进行统计分析。结果:男性、女性青春晚期对性知识的需求量分别为59.6%、62.2%。性知识来源、接近异性的特点有随年龄变化的特点,不同地区、不同性别亦有差异。性相关行为的发生率随年龄增长而增加,城市高于农村。35.96%的女性、63.39%的男性对婚前性行为持宽容态度。父母关系、学校或家长进行教育、家庭收入等因素直接影响青少年对婚前性行为的看法。结论:学校、家长、社会应共同行动,对青少年进行科学、健康的青春期教育,开设青春期保健门诊,帮助青少年顺利完成儿童到成人的过渡。

Epidemiology of sex knowledge and sex related behavior among adolescents in Fujian

Objective:To investigate the understanding of sex knowledge and characteristic of sex related behavior among adolescents in Fujian.Methods:4 067 adolescents aged 10 to 21,including 1 931 male and 2 136 female,were enrolled in the study by cluster sampling according to gender and age.Chi-square test and logistic regression were used.Results:The requirements of sex knowledge on male and female were 59.6% and 62.2% respectively.The source of sex knowledge and characteristic of meeting the opposite sex changed with age,region and gender.Sexual behavior increased with age.The prevalence of sexual behavior before marriage in the city was higher than that in the country.There were 35.96% of female and 63.39% of male who tolerated the sexual behavior before marriage.Parents' relationship,education of school and family,family income directly affected the opinion of sexual behavior before marriage of adolescents.Conclusion:The school,parents and government should work together to provide healthy adolescent education and clinic service to help the adolescents grow from children to adults.
