银行职员EB病毒感染调查分析

目的:调查银行职员EB病毒感染率，推测EB病毒感染途径，更好地防治EB病毒感染。方法: 比较555例中山市中国银行职员与1034例健康体检人群的EB病毒感染率，分析两组的差异。结果:555例中国银行职员体检者中, EB病毒阳性检出者38例，感染率6.8％，而1034例健康体检人群EB病毒阳性检出者31例，感染率为3％。两组男女间感染率均无显著差别。结论:银行职员EB病毒感染率明显高于健康体检人群。推测纸币在感染中起传播媒介作用。重视银行职员EB病毒感染对提高银行职员的健康具有重要意义。

The investigation and analysis on EB virus infection in bank employees

Objective To investigate the incidence of the EB virus infetion in the bank imployees,and conjecture the infection route of the EB virus. Methods The infection rates of the EB virus were compared between 555 imployees of the Bank of China and 1034 persons under routine medical check-up. Results In the 555 imployees of the Bank of China, 38 cases were positive for EB virus, the infection rate was 6.8%，and there was no difference between the male and the female. In those 1034 cases of people under routine medical check-up, 31 cases were positive for EB virus, and the infection rate was 3%.Conclusions The infection rate of EB virus in bank imployees was obvious higher than people under routine medical check-up.The bank notes may have an important role on the EB virus infection.There is important significance to pay attention to the EB virus infection in bank imployees for improving their health.
