大学生人际交往小组辅导策略探析

摘    要:目的探讨小组辅导过程中人际交往与人格及心理健康状况的关系,通过分析影响人际交往的相关因素,探索大学生人际交往小组辅导的策略.方法采用人际关系心理诊断量表、16种人格因素量表(16PF)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对参加小组辅导的36人进行测试,对其中人际关系困扰程度较高的22人的3项测验进行比较.结果 16PF测试中,兴奋性因素、适应与焦虑次级因素与人际关系困扰程度的相关系数分别为-0.571,0.610,P值均<0.01.SCL-90测试中,症状总分、人际关系敏感、焦虑因子与人际关系困扰程度的相关系数分别为0.570,0.665,0.646,P值均<0.01.结论人际关系困扰程度与人格诸多因素有显著或非常显著相关,与心理健康诸多因子亦有显著或非常显著相关.人际关系小组辅导应在思路、方法等方面体现出整合性.

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationships between interpersonal communication,personality and mental health during group counselling and to discuss interpersonal communication strategies for group counselling by analyzing the factors that influencing interpersonal communication. Methods Thirty-six students were tested by Interpersonal Relationship Psychodiagnosis Scale, the Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF) and SCL-90, the relationships between interpersonal communication, personality and mental health were analyzed based on data from 22 students with higher degree of interpersonal harassment.Results Correlation coefficients between emotional stability scale, anxiety global factor of 16PF and the degree of interpersonal harassment were -0.571 and 0.610(both P <0.01) .The total score on SCL-90 and scores on the sub-scales of interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety were correlated with the degree of interpersonal harassment, correlation coefficients were 0.570, 0.665 and 0.646 (all P<0.01) .Conclusion The degree of interpersonal harassment is correlated significantly with many factors of personality and mental health. Integration should be embodied in the thought and method of interpersonal group counselling.
