摘    要:目的:建立准确测定杜仲叶中氯原酸含量的方法,为下一步氯原酸提取工艺的研究打下基础。方法:采用紫外分光光度法及薄层色谱扫描法分别测定。结果:纸层析紫外分光光度法(剪洗法)测得杜仲叶中氯原酸含量为1.949%,变异系数(CV)1.34%,回收纺100.44%。薄层色谱扫描法测得含量为1.886%,变异系数1.72%,回收率101.27%。结论:纸层析紫外分光光度法是测定杜仲叶中氯原酸含量的较优方法。

Determination of chlorogenic acid from the leaf of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv
Abstract:AIM: To provide a way for the accurate determination of the chlorogenic acid from the leaf of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. , and to laya foundation for further studying chlorogenic acid's extraction process. METHODS: UV spectrophotometry and thin layer chromatography (TLC) scanning were used respectively. RESULTS: By paper chromatography UV spectrophotometry the content of chlorogenic acid was 1.949% , CV was 1.34%, and the rate of recovery of purity was 100.44%. By TLC scanning the content was 1.772% , CV was 2.05%, and the rate of recovery of purity was 101.40%. CONCLUSION: Paper chromatography UV spectrophotometry is a better way in the determination of chlorogenic acid content from the leaf of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. .
