摘    要:目的:研究接触玻璃纤维粉尘对作业工人肺功能的影响。方法:选择某玻璃纤维生产厂467名接尘作业工人为接触组进行肺功能测试并与108名对照组作比较。结果:接触组肺功能指标中肺活量稍高于对照组,第一秒用力肺活量和75%肺活量时呼气流速小于对照组;肺功能指标异常率与对照组比较,75%肺活量时呼气流速,25%肺活量时呼气流速,残气容积,残气容积与肺总量之比均高于对照组,差别有显著性,其余指标无显著差别。结论:接触一定浓度玻璃纤维粉尘,平均专业工龄14年(8-33年)的作业工人可出现小气道阻力增高现象,虽未见肺组织纤维化的有力佐证,但可作为早期健康监测指标。

Abstract:Objective] The influence of glass fiber dust on human pulmonary function was investigated. Methods] The pulmonary function was tested in 467 workers exposed to glass fiber dust and compared with that in 108 workers as normal controls. Results] The VC,FEV 1,V 75 ,V 25 residual volumes (RV) and ratio between RV and TLC showed significant difference compared with those in the control group. Conclusion] Glass fiber dust had negative influence on the pulmonary function,mainly the increase of small airway resistance in exposed workers was found. But there is no enough evidence to prove that glass fiber can induce lung fibrosis.
