| 摘 要： | 为探讨补肾活血方对骨关节炎关节软骨的保护作用,选取膝关节炎患者60例,随机分为补肾活血方组和西乐葆组各30例,单盲给药,用平均Womac关节炎指数评分和平均OA严重程度指数评定2组用药前后临床症状的改善情况,采用夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定血清蛋白聚糖与Ⅱ型胶原表达.结果:6个月后补肾活血方组的改善明显优于西乐葆组(P＜0.01);蛋白聚糖和Ⅱ型胶原表达变化治疗前后比较,有显著性差异(P＜0.01).说明补肾活血方对骨关节炎的关节软骨有保护和促进修复的作用.

| Abstract: | To observe the protective effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood decoction on the articular cartilage of osteoarthritis.60 patients were divided into two groups in a randomized and single-blind method,group A were received TCM treatment and group B were received celecoxib.The clinical curative effects were evaluated by Womac index,and the serum proteoglycans and type II collagen contents were measured by ELISA.The results showed that the curative effect of group A was better than group B after 6 months(P<0.01),there were differences in serum proteoglycans and type II collagen contents before and after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tonifying kidney and activating blood decoction have the protective and promotive effect on osteoarthritic articular cartilage.It is valuable to promote its clinical application. |
