超声引导下经皮肾脏穿刺活检术的成功率及并发症分析

目的探讨超声引导下肾脏穿刺活检的成功率及并发症，总结经验，减少并发症，提高标本质量。方法选择右肾下极近外缘处肾皮质较厚的部位在彩色多普勒超声引导下进行穿刺。结果80例肾活检取材成功率95％。取材长度、活检针数与成功率无显著相关（P〈0．05）。80例肾活检后出现血尿8例（10％），肾周或被膜下血肿11例（13．75％）。结论超声引导下经皮肾脏穿刺活检术是一种比较安全、简便的方法，在肾脏疾病的诊治中是有价值的。

Clinical Analysis of the successful rate and the complications Induced by Ultrasound-guided Automatic Biopsy Technique in Renal Disease

Objective To determine the diagnostic accuracy and complication rate of ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy technique in renal disease,to improve the method of percutaneous renal biopsy for decreasing the complications and ameliorating the sample quality.Methods All patients(80 cases) were vertically punctured by a biopsy gun of ultrasound-guided to obtain a sample from the area where the renal cortex was thicker and nearer to the verge of the kidney.Results The rate of successful puncture was 95%.and the complications were noticed as hematuria 8 cases(10%) and perirenal hematoma 11 cases(13.75%).The length of the sample and the biopsy needles are not correlated with the successful rate.Conclusions We conclude that ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy technique in renal disease is a useful and valuable diagnostic tool,not only safe but also accurate.
