耳内窥镜下微波鼓膜造瘘在分泌性中耳炎治疗中的应用

目的探讨治疗分泌性中耳炎的新方法。方法将126例单侧分泌性中耳炎病人随机分为A、B、C组，分别采用传统药物治疗、加用鼓膜穿刺冲洗及加用耳内窥镜下微波鼓膜造瘘3种方法来治疗。结果A组有效率为60．0％；B组有效率为65．2％；C组有效率为95．0％，C组病人治疗后有效率明显高于A、B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论耳内窥镜下微波鼓膜造瘘是治疗分泌性中耳炎安全而有效的方法，疗效肯定。

Application of through ear endoscope in the treatment of otitis media with effusion

Objective To evaluate the new treatment methods to otitis media with effusion.Methods the 126 patients of one ear with Otitis media with effusion were divided into 3 groups randomly: A,B,C,curing by conventional drug,combined tympanocentesis washing and combined making fistula in tympanic membrane by microwave through ear endoscope.Results Groups A: the effective rate was 60.0%;groups B: the effective rate was 65.2%;groups C the effective rate was 95.0%.The total effective rate of groups C between groups A and groups B there were significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion Making fistula in tympanic membrane by microwave through ear endoscope is a safe and effective method to treat otitis media with effusion,there is the positive efficacy.
