| 摘 要： | 目的探讨研究阴道镜下宫颈活检在诊断宫颈病变方面的临床应用价值。方法选择2008年2月～2010年2月在我院妇科门诊就诊的患有宫颈病变的640例患者，所有患者均在阴道镜下行宫颈组织活检检查并送病理，对病理结果进行回顾性分析。结果阴道镜下检查640例患者发现慢性宫颈炎506例，正常宫颈13例，其余患者宫颈活检发现CINⅠ48例，CINⅡ26例，CINⅢ8例，宫颈癌9例，宫颈尖锐湿疣30例。结论阴道镜下宫颈活检可以早期发现宫颈组织的癌前病变，对于防治宫颈癌有重大意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical lesions.Methods Collected 640 cases of cervical lesions and made cervical tissue biopsy,and then retrospectively analyzed the pathology results.Results There were 506 cases with chronic cervicitis in 640 cases who was examined by colposcopy,13 cases with normal cervical,48 cases with CIN Ⅰ,26 cases with CIN Ⅱ,8 cases with CIN Ⅲ,9 cases with cervical cancer,and 30 cases with cervical acuteness wet wart.Conclusion Cervical biopsy with colposcope can early discover the pre-cancerous cervical tissue,has sure significance for the prevention and cure of cervical cancer. |
