长春西汀注射液治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床应用研究

目的探讨长春西汀配合颈部局部理疗治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法回顾2011年1月-2012年1月在我科就诊的椎动脉型颈椎病患者80例，经长春西汀注射液配合颈部局部理疗的治疗过程。结果治疗后应用长春西汀注射液组患者症状缓解时间较短，治疗后复查TCD较椎基底动脉情况改善病例较多，治疗效果明显较单纯理疗的患者好，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而两组X线动力位的改变没有差异。结论长春西汀注射液治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效明显，症状缓解快，配合颈肩部理疗后总治愈率明显提高，可以在临床上推广使用。

Clinical study of Vinpocetine on the treatment of vertebral artery cervical spondylosis

Objective To evaluate the effects of clinical treatment of Vinpocetine to the patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis.Methods Eighty patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis were reviewed.These patients were treated with both Danhong injection and physical therapy.Results the Vertebral artery of patients treatment with Vinpocetine were improved obviously.Conclusion The symptom and pain of the patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis were remission very quickly using Vinpocetine.
