某区居民2型糖尿病现状调查与干预对策

目的：揭示某区居民2型糖尿病的流行趋势,分析危险因素,并提出护理对策,以加强对某区居民糖尿病的防治工作。方法：采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法,对某区18周岁以上8084名居民进行问卷调查及体检。结果：某区居民2型糖尿病标化患病率为10.6%;空腹血糖受损标化率为34.6%;新诊断的糖尿病有434例,占患病总人数的45.68%。多因素logistic回归分析得出男性、有糖尿病家族史、年龄、高血压、中心性肥胖、水果摄入量少、血清高甘油三酯和高胆固醇是影响2型糖尿病发生的危险因素。结论：需要对某区居民进行有针对性的2型糖尿病防治知识的健康宣教,通过护理干预防控2型糖尿病。

Investigation the current status and intervention strategy of type 2 diabetes residents

Objective：To reveal type 2 diabetes epidemic trend of residents,analyze the risk factors and propose nursing strategy to strengthen the prevention measures.Methods：Using,A total of 8084 residents more than 18 years old were surveied and test with the method of multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling.Results： Prevalence rate of residents with type 2 diabetes was 10.6% and impaired fasting glucose for the standard rate was 34.6%.Newly diagnosed diabetes was 434 cases,accounting for 45.68%.Multifactor logistic regressionan analysis indicated that men,with a family history of diabetes,age,hypertension,central obesity,fruit intake less,serum triglyceride and high cholesterol were the risk factors of type 2 diabetes.Conclusion：Health education and nursing intervention should be targeted with residents on type 2 diabetes.
