| 摘 要： | 目的评价多排螺旋CT检查在足部骨折中的应用价值。方法对23例足部外伤患者分别进行X线和多排螺旋CT扫描并进行后处理。结果多排螺旋CT扫描及后处理能发现X线检查无法显示的骨折及各关节面的情况。结论普通X线检查在足部骨折中仅为初步检查手段，易漏诊，应将CT检查尤其是多排螺旋CT检查作为重要的检查手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application of multidetector-row CT examination on broken foot.Methods Both X-ray and multidetector-row CT were used to scan a total of 23 patients with foot trauma,and the scanning results were post-processed.Results Multidetector-row CT scanning and its post-processing technology was able to detect the fractures and problems happened in joints that X-ray could not show.Conclusion Ordinary X-ray only could be used as preliminary examination method in broken foot because it was extremely easy to misdiagnosis.Instead,CT especially multidetector-row CT should be used as an important examination method for diagnosis of a broken foot. |
