肛门直肠高压与痔形成机制的相关性分析

目的探讨肛门直肠高压与痔形成机制的相关性。方法选取2010～2011年来我院就诊的40例普通外科患者（无腹泻、便秘及内痔等肛肠疾病史）作为对照组，40例功能性便秘患者作为便秘组，40例内痔患者作为内痔组，分别测定三组患者肛门直肠压，记录数据并加以分析。结果便秘组患者的排便阈值显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）．感觉阈值与对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。内痔组患者的肛门静息压及收缩压显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）和便秘组，排便阈值低于便秘组。三组患者直肠肛门抑制反射均存在，一般于注气量20～40mL时出现。结论痔的形成机制主要在于腹内压的异常增高导致静脉淤血，从而导致痔的产生。肛门直肠高压与痔的形成更是息息相关，正是因为直肠内高压的共同参与或促进，才导致肛垫下移或静脉曲张，最终产生痔。

Anorectal pressure and hemorrhoid formation mechanism of the correlation analysis

Objective To investigate the anorectal formation mechanism of pressure and hemorrhoid.Methods Forty cases from 2010 to 2011 to our hospital general surgery patients(no history of diarrhea,constipation and hemorrhoids and other anorectal diseases) as a control group,40 cases of patients with constipation as constipation group,40 cases of patients with hemorrhoids hemorrhoids group were measured in three groups of patients with anorectal pressure,record data and analyze them.Results The patients of constipation,hemorrhoids patients with defecation threshold was significantly higher(P <0.01),there arethree groups of patients with anorectal inhibitory reflex,generally in the injection volume 20~40 mL.Conclusion The formation of anorectal pressure and hemorrhoids are closely related,precisely because of the rectum within the high pressure to participate in or promote,which leads to the downward movement of the anal cushions or varicose veins,resulting in a hemorrhoid.
