硫酸镁联合低分子肝素钙治疗肺心病急性加重期32例

目的探讨硫酸镁联合低分子肝素钙治疗肺心病急性加重期的临床效果。方法将我院收治的64例肺心病急性加重期患者随机分为对照组和观察组各32例，对照组采用常规对症支持治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用硫酸镁及低分子肝素钙治疗，分析两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率93．8％。对照组总有效率71．9％，两组总有效率经统计学分析，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组与对照组不良反应发生情况经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组治疗后pH值未见明显变化，动脉血氧分压、动脉血二氧化碳分压与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用硫酸镁联合低分子肝素钙治疗肺心病急性加重期疗效优于常规对症支持治疗，可显著改善肺心病的临床症状及体征，使用方便，值得临床推广应用。

Magnesium sulfate and low molecular heparin calcium treatment 32 cases acute exacerbation of Cor pulmonale

Objective To study the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate and low molecular heparin calcium treat acute exacerbation of cor pulmonale.Methods A total of 64 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of cor pulmonale were randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group used the routine symptomatic support treatment,the observation group added magnesium sulfate and low molecular heparin calcium.The clinical effect and adverse condition of the two groups were compared.Results The total effectiveness in the control group was 71.9%,total effectiveness in the observation group was 93.8%.The difference of the total effectiveness of two groups after statistics analysis was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference of the observation group and control group adverse reaction conditions after statistics analysis was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion Using magnesium sulfate joint low molecular heparin calcium treatment of acute exacerbation cor pulmonale,curative effect is better than conventional symptomatic support treatment,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs cor pulmonale,easy to use,and worth to application at clinical.
