影响异位妊娠发生的相关因素调查分析

目的调查影响异位妊娠发生的相关因素。方法选择70例异位妊娠患者设为观察组，70例正常妊娠孕妇设为对照组，调查分析影响异位妊娠发生的相关因素。结果首次性行为年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、孕产史、妇科炎症、盆腔手术史、带宫内节育器、流产史、紧急避孕史与异位妊娠的发生关系显著（P〈0．05），非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示．腹部手术史、带宫内节育器史及有妇科炎症及有流产史、紧急避孕史是女性发生异位妊娠的独立危险因素。结论盆腔炎、流产、IUD等多因素均为异位妊娠发生的相关因素，因此，我们应积极预防妇女的生殖道炎症，采用恰当的避孕措施，减少流产次数，降低异位妊娠的发生率。

Analysis of ectopic pregnancy-related factors

Objective To investigate the effects of ectopic pregnancy-related factors.Methods Seventy cases of ectopic pregnancy in patients established in the observation group,70 cases of normal pregnant women established as a control group,investigation and analysis affecting ectopic pregnancy-related factors.Results The age of first sex,education level,marital status,pregnancy history,gynecological inflammation,abdominal surgery,with the IUD,abortion,emergency contraception and ectopic pregnancy,history of relationship between the occurrence of significant,(P < 0.05),non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that history of abdominal surgery,with a history of IUD and gynecological inflammation,and the history of abortion,emergency contraception,history of ectopic pregnancy was a woman of independent risk factors.Conclusion Pelvic inflammatory disease,abortion,IUD and other factors are factors related to ectopic pregnancy,therefore,we should actively prevent women’s reproductive tract inflammation,the use of appropriate contraceptive measures to reduce the number of abortions,in order to reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy rate.
