显微切除联合丝裂霉素C加自体带角膜缘上皮结膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉疗效观察

目的探讨显微切除联合丝裂霉素C（MMC）加自体带角膜缘上皮结膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法80例患者（85只眼）在手术显微镜下分离球结膜与增殖变性组织，切除胬肉及变性组织，在球结膜下放置0．2mg／mL的MMC棉片5min。彻底冲洗后将同侧眼上方带有角膜缘上皮的结膜瓣移植到暴露巩膜上，术后0．2mg／mLMMC滴眼液点眼。术后随访12～36个月，平均22．6个月，观察复发情况。结果术后反应轻，移植片存活，2只眼复发，复发率为2．36％。结论显微切除联合MMC加自体带角膜缘上皮结膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉术后复发率低，是一种安全、有效的方法。

Efficacy of microscopic excision combined with mitomycin C plus autoallergic conjunctiva with corneal limbal epithelial transplantation therapy on pterygium

Objective To explore the efficacy of microscopic excision combined with mitomycin C(MMC) plus autoallergic conjunctiva with corneal limbal epithelial transplantation therapy on pterygium.Methods A total of 80 cases(85 eyes) with pterygium were treated by separating conjunctiva and pathological tissues under microscope,excising pterygium combined with extensive excision of denatured bulbar conjunctiva.A 0.2 mg/mL MMC cotton patch was placed under the bulbar con junctiva for 5 minutes;after cleaned up thoroughly,the superior temporal limbal stem cells and their adjacent bulbar con junctiva as graft transplantation were repaired the above wound and were treated with 0.2 mg/mL MMC eye drops after op eration.All cases were followed up for 12-36 months,with an average of 22.6 months.The recurrence of pterygium was observed after surgery.Results Response was light,graft survival,2 recurrent eyes were found.The recurrence rate was 2.36%.Conclusion It is effective and safe that microscopic excision combined with MMC plus autoallergic conjunctiva with corneal limbal epithelial transplantation therapy on pterygium.It has good effect,easy operation and low recurrence.
