| 摘 要： | 目的评价窄谱UVB（NB—UVB）联合米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法120例斑秃患者随机分成两组：试验组采用NB—UVB光疔仪进行照射，同时121服胱氨酸，外用米诺地尔酊治疗；对照组仅给予VI服胱氨酸和外用米诺地尔酊治疗。结果完成疗程，试验组和对照组的痊愈率分别为41．67％和21．67％；总有效率分别为95．00％和76．67％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论窄谱UVB联合米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃起效快，疗效高，复发率低。安全性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB) phototherapy and minoxidil in the treatment of patients with alopecia areata.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group took the NB-UVB phototherapy,the cystine pills,and also the minoxidil for external use.The control group took all except for the NB-UVB phototherapy.Results There were statistical differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).The curative rate in experimental group was 41.67% significantly higher than in the control group of 21.67%.And the effective rate in experimental group was 95.00%,significantly higher than the control group of 76.67%.Conclusion The treatment of NB-UVB and minoxidil for external use has the benefits of rapid action,high efficacy,low recurrent rate and good security. |
